When there is a new version of the plugin or theme available, you will see an “update automatically” link under each plugin/theme listing on the Plugins page (Plugins & Installed Plugins), the Themes page (Appearance & Themes), and the Updates page (Dashboard & Updates) to see that “update automatically” link and click on it. Doing so will complete the update process for that specific Smart eCart plugin or theme. This update link will only appear if you’re an existing Smart eCart member and there is a new software version available. There is also a simple process for updating manually.

Members have access to the entire library of video tutorials and documentation for installing and operating your Smart eCart-powered website.
Only members have access to the community support forums and helpdesk where they can interact with other users and seek help from our developers. Support forums for core products are generally reviewed by core developers on a daily basis.
We frequently release software updates to include new features based on popular requests by Smart eCart users. All members may submit feature requests and vote on them for possible inclusion in a future version release.
